These are heavy duty and seem to be high quality. We bought them to cut crab in half. Seem to do a good job and would make light work of other things. I do wish the blades were just a little bit longer but we will male do. They are probably perfect for chicken. I would purchase again.

Definitely not a good scissor for cutting meat. I gave up and went back to a knife because I couldn't cut any of my raw meat at all with these.

These cut thru a turkey like cutting paper. Well worth every cent

Didn't fit my tasks got damaged quickly

I used these weekly in a restaurant for about a month now. The shape of the hand grips tend to create pressure points in the hands. Blade was sharp but wore down a little faster than expected. And the lock for the handle doesn't clasp very well. I have to wrap a rubber band around the handles to keep them together in my knife bag. These would be a nice pair to keep at home for occasional use. I'll keep looking for something else when I buy my next pair.
