Rotary Hammer is De Winner
This is a solid beast of a drill. I tested it by drilling 8 inches into a solid concrete floor and it cut through it like butter, as they say. It comes with a nice selection of bits/chisels, a regular drill chuck and spare motor brushes Which would not be included with any name brand drills, especially at this price point.

Powerful
This is small but mighty. Very powerful and easy to use. Feels strong and robust. It does have some weight to it but is comfortable to hold and doesn’t tire my hands. Good to have carry case come with it. Good quality and price point.

Actually decent power
Quite surprised at how good this hammer drill is for an unknown brand, my only niggle is it does get quite warm with consistent use. I've recently taken up old tiles and used this to remove most of the old cement that wouldn't come up easily and it managed it very well, took about an hour In total for a small-medium kitchen.Came in a carry case too and is quite heavy.
