When you open the box it say be prepared to be overjoyed, that is an understatement!I was blown away how lovely and quality of the necklace,The links holding the closure and name are soldered so no chance of them opening accidentally,Thats what I mean, great quality, and a great price,It is so well made, the seller is so thoughtful,The box the necklace came is is really nice, on a velvet pad, wrapped in a velvet cover and in a nice box,There was also a little wafer bar with it, and a little silver cloth, to keep it sparkling.The packaging was very secure, Royal mail were able to post through the letter box.I would not hesitate on buying another one of these necklaces as a gift, thank you, a very happy customer
