Spare carbon candle not available anywhere.
Product is good but after chock the CTO and UF can not replaced in this product.So I suggest provide the additional CTO and UF refill for this product otherwise total waste of the money after 1 year used.

One of the best gravity based purifier available with carbon and UF filter
I was looking for gravity based purifier but most of the purifier was stone based . Then I find out this product.Advantage -1.Very good product with carbon and UF filter.2.Filtration is very fast if I’m compare with other gravity based purifiers.Disadvantage -1.If you want to replace the filter you would not find it in offline market or on Amazon. You need to purchase from their own site.2.In case there is any issue in filter you need to buy other filter (which cost 499) on their site. There should be option to buy individual filters.3.Washer which is mention in the product description is not delivered with the product.However filter is very good that’s why I’m giving 5 stars.
