I have been sleeping on this Osteo Cervical Pillow for a year and a half now. I have been able to fall asleep much easier and wake up with no neck pain ever since. I originally purchased this pillow because it has a removable memory foam piece in case I had to make an adjustment, and ended up not having to remove any pieces. I like the two different heights available for side, back, and stomach sleeping positions. I am mostly a back sleeper, so using the lower 3.5 inch height size works for me. It cradles my head while keeping my spine aligned. It provides perfect cervical neck support without hyperextending my neck. The firmness is just right. This pillow is odorless and has a nice washable cover that keeps me cool all night. It also fits into my standard-sized pillow case just fine.

This pillow has been life-changing! I used to wake up every day with neck and shoulder pain and decided to give this pillow a try since it said "free returns", so, I thought why not!?I bought the smallest size as it was the cheapest and it worked! I no longer wake up sore at all like I used to. It took me a few days to adjust, and even during the adaptation period I woke up pain-free.The reason why this pillow has worked for me is because of its ergonomic features, as they make me sleep comfortably in the right position, no matter what sleep positions I choose (and I sleep on all three, back, side, and stomach!). It feels soft but firm.My husband was going through the same neck pain as I before this pillow and even though he has different pillow preferences than I, I bought one for him to see how it'd go. Guess what? Same results for him. It took him a while to adapt, but he now loves it and he is pain free too.I am very thankful for this pillow and very glad I decided to buy it. They aren't cheap, but, hey! chiropractors cost more! 😊

Overall I found this pillow to be too firm and not the right shape for my liking despite having a removable insert. While the quality and appearance seem to be first rate, the type of foam used is very bouncy and springy and not the "slow rebound" memory foam I am used to and was expecting. The product photos also indicate the product is ISPA, Certipur-US and OEKA certified but this is not mentioned anywhere on the box or the accompanying product literature that came with the pillow.

Oh man it’s d thing I was looking for years, it’s just Awesome pillow , used to have regular discomfort in my neck every day when I get up, no more now highly recommend this pillowCheersRKPULII
