I was not certain buying this from Amazon, as usually I buy them from local supplier. This is a really nice item. Washes well, fits well, good give to stretch but still supportive. I will recommend this product!

We ordered the medium size brace (for a women shoes size 6) an it fits my daughter nice and snug. Her ankle is secure and does not feel like ankle is restricted from normal range of motion.

Sturdy enough to prevent the ankle from twisting sideways. I use it during soccer games after a bad sprained ankle injury.

First, the good news: If you need to stabilize an ankle, this will do it and at a good price. It fits either ankle, which is also good in case you might need it for the other down the road.Now, the tricky part. It does come with a little card that illustrates how you wrap it. But honestly, the pix are small and it is really not simple to do it and takes a bit of time to master it. However, if you look at the pix on the Web page on amazon, it has a set of pix that are much easier to follow.I have large ankles and being able to adjust this makes a huge difference. It is far more comfortable than other "braces" and support straps.Due to a medical condition, my ankles are shifting sideways, which could lead to falls. I wanted a simple-to-use, easily washed support unit that could stabilize my ankle without excessive compression.Because you can adjust it, the level of compression can vary enough for my comfort. Too tight and you want to take it off. To loose and what's the point.My legs are short so the straps go up farther on my leg than I like. That's remedied by wrapping more times, lower down. Not optimum but it works and for this price? It's good value.I can't say how wearing this might affect fit when you are putting your feet into boots or shoes that go higher up the ankle. It does add to your ankle measurement.I don't do yoga and only wear this with shoes, but it seems like it has a grip. Non-slip? I really can't say. But if your ankle needs support, I'm not sure you should be barefoot at all, even with this.This looks as if it could be washed in a machine or hand-washed. (I'd hand wash to ensure it doesn't snag other clothing items and to give it a longer lifespan.)It folds up easily and is one of those items you could take with you to the gym or wherever you'd need it if you were using to strengthen an ankle while playing sports.

I have a lot of spasticity because of a stroke. I thought this might be a softer fix instead of my heavy-duty plastic brace. It didn't help at all.

I like that you can adjust this to how tight you want it, and also with that in mind, this is basically a one size fits all (unless you're a small child, of course). The velcro is decent, it doesn't feel like it'll fall apart anytime soon. The stretch is great and like is said earlier, you can make it snug to your heart's content. The directions were easy enough to follow, and I was impressed that this has enough stretch so that it didn't bunch up around the ankle bend. I'm using this for relief with plantar fasciitis and it's helped me a lot so far. It fits well over socks and under the shoe. It is lightweight and subtle so it doesn't draw a lot of attention other than your average ankle brace.

Sprained my ankle playing volleyball and been wearing this ankle support for a week and it is very comfortable and helps with my recovery. Well designed and the material is top-notch.
