Pure salt
I was unfamiliar with the process of making molten salt, which involves temperatures reaching up to 1000 degrees. The level of purity in the salt is reflected in its price, and while I don't have scientific means of measuring its purity, it seemed to be as pure as salt can be. The flavor it added to my dishes was noticeable, making my usual stir-fried vegetables and protein choices taste more flavorful. While I didn't try drinking a cup of salt water made with this salt every morning as suggested, I was pleased with the results in my cooking. As someone who typically only uses salt, pepper, and olive oil in my cooking, I was pleasantly surprised to find that different types of salt can make a noticeable difference. Overall, I believe this premium salt is worth trying for those who are looking to add an extra layer of flavor to their dishes.

Great for cooking
This is the first time I have ever used a Korean salt in cooking. I generally use sea salt or regular table salt. The salt is a pure salt, one that is melted at 1000 degrees. I used it last night in some of the dishes I made and I was happy with the taste. I like that the salt comes in a re-sealable bag. This will keep it fresh and keep moisture out. It is easy to store. This salt is made in Korea. The description says that Baekseok Bitsogum is the world’s first molten salt. This salt bag would be a good, unique addition to a cooking themed gift basket. The bag is large enough that it will last for a very long time.

Wonderful
This salt has a really nice, clean, neutral flavor. A little goes a long way. It's slightly bigger crystals than ordinary table salt, but not nearly as big as kosher.I've been using this in soups, on meats, and on vegetables. It's very good salt.

Bit sure what to make of it, it's salt...
Perhaps I lack the familiarity with the different salts and how this is different. We usually get Himalayan Pink Salt, Kirkland Fine Grain Sea Salt and occasionally fine table salt. This Korean salt is similar in texture to the Kirkland Fine Grain Sea Salt, not so fine as table salt but also not as coarse as the larger crystals of sea salt that's usually in a grinder.Tastewise, it may be my unrefined palette but I can't really taste a big difference between this Korean salt and the Kirkland Fine Grain Sea Salt. It seems to take the same amount to season for both products.Without knowing much else, it does seem like this Korean salt is not very different with more available sea salts. That said, it is hard to justify the premium price.

Fine expensive salt from South Korea
If you are looking for expensive salt this seems like a fine choice. It seems like perfectly fine salt. It's in an attractive package which seems like it will unseal and reseal well repeatedly. The particular special feature of this salt is that it has been heated to 1000 degrees so that the salt liquified. Is this good? I don't know -- it seems like this is claiming to be the world's first molten salt (presumably for home use). I couldn't find out much online in English about the value of this, although it stands to reason that this could be a way to create exceptionally pure salt. The package is mostly in Korean; I fed it through free online OCR and translation but didn't learn much. "Salt is melted into a liquid, and the nature of salt is also revived with the technique of long-term storage. It is pure salt made from the world's first grains through Koreans' unique wisdom horns. Purifying power from the sun. Aiming for a creative longevity that transcends a healthy body and mind, we will open the era of a healthy 100-year-old. This product is of high purity, so it may harden during storage due to contact with air, but there is no problem with the quality, so you can use it with confidence. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight."

Interesting texture - like fine salt but has a crunch factor, like Maldon salt, but not flaky.
Before buying I researched a bit and it turns out the Koreans use multitudes of salt for different purposes. I used it in a few dishes and like the finish. It looks like other fine sea salt, but has a little crunchy texture to it. I like that! The packaging made it easy to pour into my glass salt container. Large bad so should last a very long time as there are only two of us.

Seasoning for the soul 🧂
The salt is an amazing multi-purpose condiment. The bag that it comes in is very well sealed and easy to store. The flavor is wonderful and different from standard kosher salt or iodized table salt. It dissolves very well and is super easy to use.If you are looking for Korean salt, this is a great option!
