Q: Is the top stainless steel also?

The top and dispenser are not stainless steel. However, you cannot tell by looking at it. I had to remove the cap and look inside the cap it to see if it was plastic for stainless.

The soap dispenser is 9.25" tall - great looking in the kitchen or bathroom!
