Don’t know, when I got this it was just the one bottle

Q: is it two in the box for £45 ? That is way too much for one.

No just one. I bought a 5 litre 80% sanitizer with a pump and filled the old bottle up and put it in the dispenser. Works just the same for a fraction of the price. Pre Covid 2019 I bought the dispenser and spare bottle for £ 22. I think. It's disgraceful how prices have been hiked up due to Covid. Hope this helps.

Yes, I have done it and continue to do so. Bought 5lts of 80% sanitizer with a pump and refill them. Works no differently than before.
