Brilliant AND simple AND incredibly effective
Tried soooooo many expensive DIY Superstore & Garden Centre Bug Killers which all completely failed to kill off the ever-increasing fruit flies hovering over my newly planted seedlings. Was recommended simple fly tapes and these are GREAT! Simply hang up. End of. Overly wet indoor soil attracts these infestations & each fly lays hundreds of eggs in the soil so it is an ongoing plague. That's why spraying CANNOT work. OK not aesthetically pleasing BUT much better than hundreds of dawdling flies in your face. Collected loads in minutes, replaced tape to not look too disgusting. For this price I could change several times per day BUT after only three tapes in ten days I think I have succeeded. Still keeping a tape up for any stragglers. Will remove before I have the windows open for fun so as to not kill any bees or butterflies etc. They are VERY sticky so you couldn't free any innocents intact. So old fashion & basic BUT so incredibly effective. Very, very, very highly recommended.

Does the job great!
Easy to use, value for money and as very sticky, caught almost all the irritating small flies within days. 2 weeks' later no flies in the houseplants. Just be careful and use glows when using as it's very sticky and hard to get it up if on hands.

Not too bad for the price.
It's a good product for the low cost and does what its suppose to do, the sticky stuff could be a lil stronger as flies at bottom of sticky trap do manage to pull themselves off and can drop off.

Very sticky
Bought these along with a can of fly spray to deal with drain flies, tiny annoying little things. The spray seemed to work wonders but used fly paper as well. First off they were extremely difficult to unroll, they are so sticky you can’t touch them to ease out, it came out all twisted and there was no pin on the top as stated. I did eventually get it to hang and there a a few flies on it. I’m sure any fly that lands on it is doomed, they do work, just extremely difficult and messy to handle.

Brilliant!
Can’t fault them. They do what they say. Very sticky.A tip.... it’s best to warm them a little first. Put in your pocket or close to a radiator and then they are much easier to untwist...Occasionally the little pot comes off if you twist to much but I just put a cloths peg on the bottom for a bit of weight...

Better than well known brands
Was a bit dubious as so cheap but the reviews were good so gave them a try & they are very sticky & flys are attracted to them. Way better than the higher priced well known brands.

WASTE OF MONEY
It wasn't the brand I ordered!! It clearly stated Petshield on the ad and the order, and still does. So I ordered them knowing they were decent as I've used that brand several times before and still do. What I got though was Pest Police brand!? There hasn't been any explanation off the seller as to why a different brand was sent and I've noticed a lot of different people saying they didn't get the brand they expected either...maybe it has something to do with the fact you can buy a pack of 8 Pest Police for £1 at a well known store, so this seller is making a huge profit aswell as ripping off customers!! Don't buy them off this seller. Go to a yorkshire trading company and get 8 of them for a £1!!That said. The product isn't too bad once in use, what's left of it. However. They are a nightmare to open, the lid just doesn't want to come off (a few were easier). Then you go to pull the tape out and if it doesn't stick to itself it snaps! Every single one! Now are they an old batch, a bad batch or both? Once up the (very short) tape does do it's job. The flies stick to it.I would NEVER buy these ones again, especially from this seller who can't be bothered to give anyone an explanation as to why they advertise one brand but send another cheaper, less effective brand!!?? Rubbish.

very sticky
The first one I tried to open got stuck and didnt unravel without sticking to itself badly. Not a big deal as its for catching insects.Any insect that touches the strips will stay there. Works perfectly.
