so easy to use
This stuff is amazing for sealing the pond liner. I had used the bigger tubes with a gun thing and my hands were aching by the end (was doing a whole water feature). Needed a bit more and bought this in the pressurised container and it was a dream to use (but obviously you get a lot less for your money). I have used it to seal pondliner on an edge that is actually below the water line and so far its working perfectly.

Good Aquatic Sealant
This is by far the best sealant I have found. I have used both the black & clear.I have used it for an aquarium. To seal a leak on a bird bath & my water butt. Also it makes a good adhesive for garden ornaments. My only gripe is the price; it's a bit expensive. But I guess you do get what you pay for.

Well its expensive but well worth it to have for emergencies
Have had to use it many times not just for aquariums but even for sealing greenhouse / water butt guttering / connection. It’s expensive but well worth it especially as it sets even under water / when wet. I always have a can as an emergency. If you use a screw it will seal so you do not lose the whole can when part used. I know I sound like a salesman for this but it is really good. Honest!

There is a knack to applying this but it did the job perfectly.
I didn't actually have to apply this underwater as the water was already down below the line of some previous patch repairs. These were done by the previous owner of the property many years earlier, and I have been renovating the pond that had been neglected for a very long time. The pond was about half empty. At first I thought there was one leak, but upon closer inspection I found three leaks in total, and I had to totally reapply the existing patches and patch up a more recent gash in the liner. To use you squeeze this out of the tube in the same way you would apply caulk or silicon out of a tube. Initially you do this around the area that needs sealing and apply the patch on top. I found that its much easier to apply properly if you twist the top to the maximum output setting. I then pressed the liner patch gently onto the stuff, patted it down, but not completely squashing it flat, just to make sure there is a completed seal. I then used it quite liberally around the edges of the patch, allowing time to dry between building up layers and making sure the edges edges of these layers are flattened nice and flush with the liner I found that you need to pat this gently with a wet finger otherwise it sticks to your finger and pulls off the liner material, and did this reapeatedly until I had a full seal around the perimeter of each patch. When your ready to clean yourself up, it will wash off your hands with a soapy wet nylon scouring pad quite easily. It dries a sort of grey colour so you can see your repair clearly, and it has worked a charm completely re-sealing all of my old failed patches and sealing the gash and applying a new patch over that. It does cure underwater as I filled my pond up about two hours after my final patch check and the tackiness was gone, then left overnight to see if it was watertight, It was, so the next day I was able to tidy up the overgrown parts of the stream and waterfall, check that its liner was also intact and then set up a new filter and pump solution and its been fine ever since.

Producct has gone on very easily and set very quickly . Been in use now for a number of months and no more leaks . Recommend this product for any obe needing to do a water feature repair

It does seal as advertised - BUT...
I found the "pump action" dispenser totally useless. Despite following the instructions religiously, I could not get much out in order to carry out the repair that I needed. In the end, I cut the container open with a hacksaw and spread the goo by hand! Messy, but it worked. A good product but needs a rethink on the dispenser.

Works under water
Great adhesion. A bit messy

Works well on wet surfaces to hold in wet enviroments!
Note that when you think it has run out... TWIST THE TOP COLLAR (says "MAX") and more will come out. Repeat as necessary. I didn't realize this on the first two I ordered :(

Poor product
Buyer beware. Do not buy this product. Cost a lot for a small bottle that does not work. Does not plug leaks under water. Does not stick to anything that is wet. Asked for a refund and seller does not refund. Poor customer service.

Great Product Just Too Expensive
I’ve sealed a dozen old aquariums with slate bottoms and so far no leaks. Excellent product. But a little too expensive so looking for an alternative.
