Some of the contents are a little dated but, despite this, the exercise advice is very helpful indeed. She's writing from personal experience, which probably helps. Motivation can be a problem - you do have to be determined. But if you can do it, it will make a difference for the better.

I Love Margaret Hills!!!!
What can I say? I follow all the advice this lady has given since reading her first book 'Curing Arthritis The Drug Free Way' and finding that I am now walking freely and rarely have flare ups thanks to her advice. Each little book has been invaluable to me, easy to read & easy to follow .... I Love Margaret Hills!!!

It works if you stick to it!
I bought this as my arthritis was getting me down.It works if you stick to it,but like all things it gets a little hum drum after a while.If you can see this as a change to your eating and life generally,its for you.Its easy to follow and gives lots of interesting information and help.Try and see!!

Must but for all arthritis suffers
Another well written book as with all the books by this author. Full of gentle exercises and loads of useful help to get you back on the road to recovery and increase your mobility. Easy to read full of useful tips

Arthritis. Exercise Book.
There are some good exercises in the book which I find very helpful.I recommend it and also I would recommend the seller. Thank you.

excercise in pain
I am still reading this book and find it quite interesting and informative.The excercises seem easy to follow and is well illustrated.I would recomend this book to anyone with RA as excercising is vital to not stiffen up.
