Samsung Galaxy S8 64GB - Midnight Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

It's only 24 hours since I received this phone so I'm not in a position to comment on such things as camera quality. The battery life seems appropriate to me previous Galaxy A3. This phone is far easier to use and in addition has 64gb of memory by comparison to the A3 with 16gb. It was the lack of memeory that forced the upgrade. Previous reviews of this product are often entirely negative or iffy. My experience is excellent.A small criticism is that it is supplied with absolutely no written information. It would have been useful to have a printed quick start guide. It's not until one turns on the phone that one finds a straightforward spoken menu. However the info it contained about transferring data from my old phone was not helpful. The new phone is preloaded with "smartswitch" and for this to work with another phone "smartswitch" needs to be on that phone also. Smartswitch is downloadable but it requires 500mb of space and prompts appear to delete apps on the other (old) phone! This undermines the whole point of transferring data seamlessly! I tried various internet guides to avoid this and quite by chance in "settings" I came across "sharing devices" and I think (by this time quite confused!) it was through this that I managed to transfer all of my apps. Note however that to access the apps on the new phone requires a fersh log-in to each so have your passwords handy and importantly they load slowly, so don't expect instantaneous transfer. I should add that before removing the sim card from my old phone, I backed up all my "contacts" to it. Fortunately my old phone had a nano sim as does the S8 so the transfer was simple. My final note is to ensure that one uses the charger plug supplied. It is a fast charger by comparison to using a former charger lead which I did originally and immediately got a message to say the phone was on slow charge. Overall the phone represents good value for money.

I cant call people unless it's on speaker and even when it's on speaker it echoes for people on the other end. The typing is terrible as it is on and off broken meaning sometimes it would be really hard just to type a word and would select letters that are no where near the one I pressed. Other than that the phone works fine.

Replacement phone after J7 gave up, love Samsung phones, so easy to use, reliable & good battery life....very good!!!

Works well. Needed a bit of time to work it out but it appears to work as it should, and it looks like new.

JQ Solutions were great with this purchase, i had an issue with the connectivity of the phone to the 4G network upon delivery, the phone itself was, what i would say, in perfect condition with no signs of use at all. I contacted the seller on a Saturday regards the connection issue not expecting a response until the Monday. To my surprise i received a phone call an hour later from the seller to discuss the issue. There was no quibble with my problem and it was agreed to send an alternative device that would connect to the 4G network. I asked for them to check the phone prior to dispatch with a 4G sim card which they did do. My replacement phone was dispatched and received a few days later and too my delight they had upgraded the phone to the next model up. Once again this looks like its in pristine condition and completely fulfils my needs. I would certainly recommend this seller to anyone......many thanks JQ Solutions

I received my S8 galaxy phone in excellent condition. No difference between a brand new phone and this one. I have to mention also the fast and smooth delivery.

First class, it arrived very promptly, well packaged and the phone is in mint conditionate, it would be very difficult not to know it is not a new phone, I could not be more exited or satisfied , I therefor would have no difficulty in recommending the supplier and the Samsugn S8 mobile phone.
