Design Toscano NG31189 the God of the Luau Taki God Statue, Brown

Being prepared i ordered this a couple of month ago as a gift, however on gifting it we discovered a huge crack that runs right across the neck. :( so disappointed especially as it is so expensive. Would give 5 stars if it arrived intact however i could not find a way on here to contact the seller.

pretty heavy and looks wonderful. if you have dogs or kids, i would recommend putting out of reach or supporting the base. mine has not been damaged but i dont trust my dogs:)

This is a very cool statue that looks just like it was carved from real wood even close up. It seems to be made of solid resin and isn’t hollow like some other statues. It’s pretty heavy, so I don’t expect it to crack from the hot sun like other statues I’ve bought in the past.UPDATE 2/23/22: Some of the paint has begun to chip off. Note that I leave the statue outside all year where our temperatures range from 35 - 85 degrees. The owner's guide says they don't recommend you leave it outside in the winter, so the chipping is not their fault I guess.

Très belle pièce

I was very impressed with this statue. Even though it is made out of resin, it does pass for wood. Crafted well, with excellent details. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well made, 2 foot tall tiki statue.
