I've noticed a difference in sleep quality immediately after taking! It does have a little bit of an earthy flavor to it but it's not gross or hard to take. I do feel like my overall mood was improved within one week of consistent use. buying this again!

I got this because it was cheap and I heard it helps with anxiety. I had very bad sexual performance anxiety (and have for 5+ years) and me and my partner have had trouble working through this and have tried all sorts of things.Communication is definitely the most important remedy, but this is now a close second. Within less than a week I no longer lost timber from anxiety, and it felt amazing. We’ve seen lots of wood since then, more frequently than we have in years. It’s almost like the beginning of our relationship again.Truly amazing, and I don’t believe it’s placebo either, for 2 reasons:1. I didn’t think this product was going to work and was just a TikTok gimmick2. I’ve tried numerous testosterone boosters, N02, and zinc for years, with no real attributable effect on it. N02 definitely helps at the gym and with how strong the wood is, but it doesn’t matter if anxiety will fell the tree.This product has restored by confidence through many repeated positive experiences, and even when I cycle off (on 3 weeks 1 pill a day, off 1 week) I still have no issues. And believe me, she is happy with this product too lol. She says it helps her anxiety, but that’s it’s lesser benefit.In general, this stuff makes me feel more at ease and calm too, but after several weeks it can leave you feeling a little irritable and distant, so cycling off a week is a necessity.I haven’t tried KSM before so I can’t compare it to that, but I plan to take Ashwaghanda for the rest of my life at this rate. So far, I’ve had it for 2.5 months.

I felt the effectiveness after about a week. I have been taking them for about 3 weeks and have noticed increased energy and focus which helps with my productivity, great sleep, great mood, and I have a lot less bloating even during the holidays. I look forward to continued benefits. Just started my teen on it so I will be ordering more.

Does all it is designed to do

I first started using ashwaganda in the Ultra Goodbye Stress pills that we had originally picked up at Target, but also sold on here. Those only have 450mg of ashwaganda.1200mg seems to be the threshold of research backed studies to support anti-anxiety properties but also testosterone production, both reasons I like to use this supplement.One serving of this particular brand is two pills which gives you 3000 mg. I did that for a bit but felt I was getting extra gassy taking that much (one in the morning and one at night). I dropped down to once in the AM and I find I do not get anywhere near as stressed while taking this compared to when I’m not on it. It could be a placebo, but I’m getting the desired results so even if it is I don’t care.

I’ve only just started taking it the other day but I definitely need to take with food or it makes me nauseous. I can’t even take it before bed or I wake up nauseous

Overall, this product works as intended. It does a very good job of relieving stress and anxiety, also helps with sleep. HOWEVER, please make sure you only take it for 3 months at a time, and then give yourself a break. Even then, this dosage seems to be way too much.I had been taking Ashwaghanda for 6 months (much longer than recommended) and about a week ago I noticed my stools were very dark/black. Got some tests done and turns out there is bleeding in my lower intestine.This stuff is very strong and MAY cause gastrointestinal problems, as I have experienced.I’m not necessarily mad at the product itself, since I took way more than what is recommended.Please do your research and/or consult your doctor before taking something like this. I understand this won’t happened to everybody, but I just wanted to put this out there for those who may already have a weak stomach or existing gastrointestinal issues.So, overall it is a great product and works as advertised, but can cause damage to your stomach/intestines. I am only 27 years old and now I need to get a colonoscopy.Again, I understand this is more of my fault for overdoing it. Just wanted to make sure people understand how strong this stuff is.Don’t take for more than 3 months at a time. Also, try a lower dose first. 500mg should be just fine.

Strong dose per capsule, one sets me up for a nap and two definitely help me before really stressful situations. These will probably be my new go-to ashwaganda people! Price point is excellent considering how much is in each capsule but I think all these supplements are overpriced anyway. Also, the capsules are smaller than brands I've taken with less ashwaganda per dose! These are great

1500 a day is good enough for me.Husband takes 2 and does really well so I bought enough for over a year. And will buy again .

I bought this as it was the cheapest ashwagandha I could find, although when I bought it I didn't know much about ashwagandha. Haven't used it long enough to be able to tell the effects of it although I will not be coming back to these any time soon as the Withanolides % is not specified anywhere. I know approximately how much it contains but im sure people would like to know how much of the active ingredient in ashwagandha this contains before actually taking it.
