Motorcycle touring kit essentials
I am a touring motorcyclist and all gear is a logistical consideration - the secret is layers, not heavy single pieces. These trousers are exactly as described and are absolutely fantastic.Sizing-------I am 6 foot tall, weigh 90kg and have a 34" waist and 32" inside leg. I ordered the 34" pair and they fit perfectly. They are not tight, but they are also not a tent. they are comfort cut, I guess!Material & build quality----------The material is an incredibly thin, stretchy, nylon. Great for summer, fine for autumn and winter when combined with base layers. They are not waterproof. This is not an issue for me as I don't ever buy over priced waterproof gear that ALWAYS fails. Instead, I have a quality lightweight waterproof 2 piece shell. The build quality is also very good. There are no loose threads. All stitching is complete and looks sturdy. I am ok with the velcro on the back pockets - GBP35 I am not going to complain. Why I am recommending these for motorcyclist-------------------------------------------------------As motorcyclists know, all riding gear is heavy and hot when off the bike. I like to change into something more practical but the demands for any kit carried are as follows.1. Very lightweight.2. Robust material.3. Quick drying.4. Versatile (Style and use).5. Not make rider look like a twat.6. Comfortable.7. Easy to wash. These trousers are all of the seven points above and...they are stretchy too making them exceedingly comfortable.I've just ordered another pair as these are so light, they roll down into a very small pack meaning I can add them to my full-on touring gear which, for 7 days, has only two of everything I need as everything can be washed in the shower, and dried the next day. The light, practical belt was a plus too.I hope my review helps inform your decision either way.

Summer weight -no good for winter. Good fit but no short leg length so extra cost to take up.
Not tough hiking trousers but good enough for summer or warm climates. Good fit but no choice of leg length so extra cost to take up (one third of purchase price). I like them and I hope they still fit me next summer.

Great product and value for money
It's exactly as advertised! Easy to pack, waterproof (I went up Ben Nevis Wearing it on a cold wet day and it kept me dry) and lightweight. It was not very warm so you might want to layer up. Fits comfortably.

Honest review genuine purchase
So far no issues. Size was good. I did order o e size up just in case. As I ordered late before our holiday. The size is not a bad fit, I a M&S 36" waist, I ordered 38" in this brand and there is a little extra room but the.fit is quite good. The reason it was all very last minute, When I went looking for a lightweight pair of smart hiking trousers to wear on our holiday in plus 40 degrees.heat.I found a pair of similar trousers in a North Face shop, they did not have my size, so I ordered on line directly from the North Face online store, with around 10 days left till we flew out. When the North Face trousers arrived they were missing the waist fasteners and the zip pocket was poorly sewn and really gathered/bunches up. In fact the quality of the trousers was really poor.I sent them back and then found these on Amazon. Not only were they less than a 1/3 of the price of the North Face pair, they were clearly much better made. They look reasonably smart, so I am able to wear them out to dinner, without my wife rolli g her eyes and making that face, yer guys you know the one.

Comfortable light weight stretchy pricey travel trouser look good, not for serious trekking or work
Light weight, comfortable and cool. Ideal for travel and leisurely walking up to 25 km/day. Belt too long and can't be shortened hence useless. Stitching on my leg pocket missed the edge of the pocket so there's a small hole. Size not great for me, waist a bit large, thighs a bit tight, but material is stretchy so ok. If your serious trekking- pockets useless for anything weighty even a phone as the material stretches and irritatingly knocks against body. Fast walking or running with a heavy rucksack causes my right trouser leg to unzip𤷠Good for travel/holiday/safari light trek. For me they're over priced wouldn't buy again.

Light weight Trousers
These trousers have exceeded my expectations. Great lightweight trousers, high quality fabric and the zip off is a good addition. They fit true to size, a little longer than expected but I'm short, no issue as well get them shortened. Belt is not long enough for size of waist purchased. Comfortable and hopefully going to good for my holiday travel. Highly recommended and good value for money

Made very small in the body
Look good, lightweight and dry fast.I'm a 33 waist, ordered the 34 waist expecting some room to manoeuvre. However despite the leg length being just about correct, the trousers need to be worn very low on my hips.Pulling them up to the top of my hips (NOT my waist) means that I'd need to be Eunuch with all my bits removed to war them comfortablyThey would be ok for a gentle walk on flat-ish gentle tracks and paths. They are not suitable for more strenuous activities.I do not recommend these at any price. You could try a size larger and take your chances, I won't be doing that!
