Well, I read the reviews. I was hoping for that. I've only been on it for a couple weeks. I bought it for both my husband and I and neither one of us have seen any results. But truth be, I am not doing the diet of keto. I just thought of doing these pills and cutting my sugar almost down to nothing and my portions down to handful. I thought maybe I would try to lose the 15 to 20 pounds that are stubborn that have been left over for years, I also do not go to the gym and I just want to book up their muscles so I don't feel that much. Sometimes I feel taking a day is a bit much because there's nothing that it's going to do. I started keto a few weeks ago and while most of the tiredness has faded, I still wanted to try something and see if it would help.
