They work but not the greatest... Save yourself some money and embarrassment and go buy some Vivactive full slips / full diapers - way more absorbant, more cost effective AND can handle both a B&B incident and 2 mile walk without leaking!!! Same can't be said for these pads.

I discovered these Lille pads whilst searching for a more cost effective pad and found it in these. Nobody likes to admit they are a bit incontinent, but they certainly help me and now my Mother uses them too. I mostly leave them whole, but sometime cut them in half, that way they last longer.
