A cheap way of measuring the bore diameter as long as you have a vernier as well. Probably like me you will only use one of the gauges so a shame to have all the others.

Not the best quality on Earth but these do the job I bought them for so no complaints.

I bought these to measure wear on an engine block and head. I first sprayed the gauges liberally with WD40 and gently "worked" the spring loaded plunges prior to use. Personally I found them first class. Using them however is quite an art and an element of skill is required, (although easier than a 2 point internal micrometer); it is all centered around "feel". For what they cost I would highly recommend them but stress that they are as accurate as the person using them.

Look perfectly fine, and more than upto the job . For the money it's amazing that you can get more than one size , never mind a full set.

Not used these yet in anger, but a quick dabble shows they are well made and will work for me
