Nice blender. Admittedly, I thought because of therm "Bullet" that I was buying a "Magic Bullet" branded blender. Was a little disappointed but not too much to return. Decided I will give to my son to take to college. I would say overall, it's a good buy. The only reason not a 5 star is because it doesn't have the ability like the Magic Bullet to "Turn-lock-and-leave" while you blend. Usually I can blend manage other kitchen tasks while my blender is going. If this isn't a need for you, then you'll be pleased overall with this blender.

Update Review: After posting about my bad experience, giving a 1 star. Due to the blender dying after 8-10 uses. The seller contacted me and ended up sending me another brand new one. So I’m changing from a 1 start to a 4 star. I’m only giving it 4 because I haven’t used the new one yet. If it last this time I may come back and change it to a 5 star.Original Rating post: It worked the first 8-10 I used it, then just stopped working completely. I use it to make a protein shake once a day. I started about 8-10 days. Then today started to blend then just stopped suddenly. I tried other outlets just in case. I tried it again after I emptied the container, with just water. Nothing!!! It’s dead.I’d like another please since I paid for a working blender.

Blender works just fine, except for the prongs which broke off. Contacted customer service and they were able to provide us with replacements.

I bought this because my granddaughter loves smoothies and I wanted something smaller than my food processor that I had been using. I use frozen berries a lot and found that I do have to defrost the whole strawberries a little because they don’t pulverize as good as the food processor did, but when using fresh fruit it’s fine. The ice cube tray that came with it makes little cubes that are easy to crush. Not sure if regular sized cubes will work but if I need to make big batches of smoothies I’ll use the food processor.

Have been making green smoothies with this every day since I got it about a month ago and I don't think I can ever go back! For me the most important thing is how easy it is to clean. I almost never used conventional blenders when I had them because I hated struggling with the giant pitchers and trying to reach down to the blades and never really being able to clean under them and all that. Cleaning up after this thing is so fast and easy! I just rinse the blade part right after I use it - since it's a separate part, you can hold the blades directly under the faucet and quickly see that everything is getting washed away, even from under the blades. And then washing the cups is no harder than washing a regular cup. So if you are small/lazy/hate cleaning like me, this will change your life! trust me.. you will LOVE this juicer!!!.

The only negative thing i have to say about this item is that you have to keep holding it down...it should've had a locking mechanism on it...other than that it's great

I like that it’s compact and easy to use. Swift and efficient. However, I wish that there were markings on the container ( ml/ oz).

I used this to make smoothies consisting of bananas , strawberries and yogurt. Fourth time I used it I smelled something and the fifth time it died. I contacted the company and they seemed to genuinely want to help. They refunded my money and were very pleasant throughout the whole thing. Good company.
