Stopped working.
Only a few weeks and it stopped working. From the start it would not dispense enough food so I was having to manually feed my fish that’s how I discovered that it completely stopped working. It would go through the motion but the food seemed to stick to the inside of the dispenser. The food was not wet it just would not fall into the aquarium. It seemed like there was static keeping the food inside the dispenser. I would not recommend.

Works well.
Kinda a paint to get it to connect to wifi but once did no issues. Lid fits over the whole top witch is perfect to keep water out. Only wish is that it came in black.

Nice Idea BUT
I had high hopes for this WIFi feeder. Great idea. Programming was fairly straight forward. Well built. The BUT is it will not handle medium size flake food even with no hopper size insert, which is the largest opening to dump food. I have a 125gal tank. Other than that I highly recommend it for smaller fish food. Nice app.

Don’t buy!!!
If you want an over priced manual feeder go ahead and buy. I bought for the app as my fish is at the office and I wanted to be able to use the app and feed the fish.I put in my Wi-Fi info, tells me to connect my mobile to WP Wi-Fi. I do and it say can’t connect. I have tried 3wifi connection! I contacted Amazon tech help the guy sent me fishing video! No joke!! So very disappointed!

Fish feeder works well, wifi setup might be tricky for some...
The media could not be loaded. Overall, I like my Wi-Fi fish feeder. I oftentimes go on trips and my Oscar likes the top floating pellets. While I can purchase the vacation feeders. He doesn't really like those that much. I picked up this which pairs perfectly to my Wi-Fi network which I have a TP link. Deco. I have both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks on the same Wi-Fi which is typical. (on my computer geek so I know) I didn't do anything special in the setup process, but I can tell you what probably makes some people have trouble is that you got to connect to the fish feeder Wi-Fi in the setup process like a TP link, light bulb. I set up a quite a few of those and always have to help out others when their first setting up their first light bulb. Nevertheless, once you connect to the Wi-Fi network it will usually say there's no internet and want to stay connected? After you say stay connected you can open back up the app and find the fish feeder and finish the setup process by connecting it to your home network. I did disconnect it from the power a couple times now and reconnected and never had a problem with it. It does have a lot of options on setting feedings up for multiple feedings. Overall I'm really happy with it and I like the fact that when I'm on vacation I can tap manual feed and ensure that my fish is getting fed while I'm out of town/ out of state/ out of country as I have a camera inside my house that I can look at the fish from wherever.I did like that you can switch out the portion size that it feeds the fish. So that way you can feed your fish larger pellets and also that it has an extended tank above it to hold lots of pellets.Overall, I think it's pretty good for the money and I'm happy with it so far!

Impossible to set up
Do not buy! I read the Reviews and saw everybody who was having issues setting up via the 2.4 gig wifi network. I figured It wasn't going to be something I couldn't handle since I had plenty of smart devices in my home on the 2.4 network. However, I was wrong! This thing is impossible to connect. Buyer beware! I will be returning, and going with the Life Guard Aquatics Intellifeed.

Perfect for vacations
I got this to keep my fish fed while we're out of town. I normally don't like to feed pellets/flakes to my marine tank, but sometimes I have to when we'll be gone for extended periods of time. I won't use this all the time, just when we're gone, so I don't really know how the prolonged battery life will be. However, just in the tests I ran, I'd imagine it would definitely last the entire time we were out of town. The portion size is fine. It didn't have any problems attaching to the tank and staying there while I was testing it out.

Love the concept
I absolutely love the concept, but the product itself needs to be made better. The portion size is perfect. I love that it can fit in weeks of food for even my 125 gallon tank. The technology itself could be made better. It's definitely not something high tech, and it's noticeable by it's slow speed, and even the fact that the food dispenser needs to be tilted down so that it can use gravity for the food to fall out. I absolutely love the look of it. It looks much nicer than having a can of food laying on top of the aquarium. Visually appealing, but functionality wise it still needs work. It's definitely not robust, and it's slow speed causes me to take out the food manually and put it in the aquarium everyday.
