A very comfortable bluetooth
I'm giving this Bluetooth 4 stars only because it doesn't perform as well as it's advertised to. I'm a police officer, and I just wear this while I'm working. I work 12-hour shifts. The first time I used it (it was fully charged when I started), The Mpow was telling me it was about out of power towards the end of my second 12-hour shift. During that 2-day period I talked maybe 5 minutes. To be perfectly clear, I did turn the Bluetooth off between shifts. As long as I charge it every evening, it works like a champ. Now the good side, this is the most comfortable Bluetooth headset I've ever worn. Just remember, you don't need to jam the bud into your ear. I am notorious about stepping out and away from my unit with my phone plugged into the charger. I can get 20, maybe 30 feet away from my unit without disconnecting from my phone. When I do, MOST of the time, the Mpow will automatically re-connect. All of my other bluetooths have required me to press repeatedly on my earpiece to reconnect. I wear glasses, and I've seen on reviews where the glasses are not a problem. Well, that's true as long as you don't try to jam them down side by side with the Bluetooth directly on the top of your ear. That will start hurting shortly. If you just let that side of your glasses ride up just a little bit, you can wear the Mpow so comfortably all day that you'll find yourself occasionally reaching up and touching it to make sure it hasn't fell off. I've only had this Bluetooth for a few weeks, so I can't give an opinion on how durable it is.

Great headset and customer support!
I've been using this headset for almost a year now with no problems. Calls/audio are clear, battery life is fantastic (+6 hours) and customer service is very good! I use this primarily for phone calls while traveling and have never had the caller on the other end complain that they couldn't hear me or that the sound quality of my voice was sub par. I also use this for listening to music while driving and again I've had no issues with music playing or the connection to my devices.I use this on my LG G3, Galaxy S3, iPad 4 and computer. All device pair and connect to the headset without issue.I usually keep my phone in my front pocket or backpack and in either location this headset works perfect without losing it's connection for calls or music. The headset comes with three different size earbuds to make it easy to adjust to your ear size. Recently I had lost one earbud that fit my ear best so I contacted support to ask if there was an option to buy more earbuds since I wanted to keep using the headset. I confirmed my purchase with support and they sent a replacement set of earbuds within a couple days.I use several different bluetooth headsets for calls, audio books and music. For portability and consistency, this is always my go to headset.

4.5/5 Great value, 18 month warranty is nice
I work for a cell phone company and have had many Bluetooth styles and manufacturers. I need to play with this one more to find out how comfortable it is long term, but it is good so far. I bought this specific Bluetooth because it is similar to one I've liked in the past, Motorola elite sliver 1&2. I use my Bluetooth for two things: calls obviously but only about 10% of the time, the other 90% is listening to videos and music. To me, call quality is 2nd to sound and comfort because I want to enjoy listening to music and not have my ear hurt all day. I gauge call quality on my wife telling me she can't hear me (I mumble) but through a couple conversations I didn't once get asked "are you on a Bluetooth?" So I'll take that as a good sign.Pros:-Comfort, still playing with the few ear pieces to find what is most comfortable but good so far.-multi function button pauses and plays music really well on my android phone, I enjoy that-good call quality so far, Bluetooth devices always seem to lose quality overtime but 18 month warranty is 6 months longer than everyone else.-speaker gets pretty loud, found myself turning it down a couple times listening to music. A definite plus. : )Cons:-multi function button has the ability to activate hands free by using your device's voice controls BUT to activate it you have to hold the multi function button for about 2-3 seconds. Not long enough nothing happens, too long you turn the Bluetooth off. A separate button or switch for on/off would be a great improvement.-the size isn't adjustable, so it doesn't fit my wife's ears because the Bluetooth is too long, the part with the speaker that twists should also be able to slide a little bit up and down. That would easily solve the size problem, increase comfort, and make it usable for a lot more people.-multi function button could be a little higher on the shaft so you can grab the back of the Bluetooth with your index finger and push the button with your thumb. You can literally feel where it would fit best and it is directly above where the button is right now.It will either fit or it won't. If it does it should work for you and be a great value bluetooth. One tip if you feel pain in your ear, twist the Bluetooth forward so the large piece typically behind your ear is closer to the top of your ear. it can take the pressure off the ear canal where the speaker is resting. All the more reason for the slide adjustment to make it shorter or longer.
