I use these dressings to keep emla (anaesthetic) cream in place prior to dialysis, in order to numb the needle site. They cover the cream and stick well to the skin so the cream doesn’t leak out. Easy to apply and remove. Great product and reasonably priced.

As a type 1 diabetis trying out the Freestyle libre sensor I heard it was a good protection when swimming. I am an old master swimmer at the moment doing about 2k per hr evening session. I was hoping it was better than rock tape. No not even close. It was lifting after 15min, at the moment a roll of rock tape is best right round my arm over the sensor with a short up/down 2nd bit of tape under the wrap.This cover/patch is really good if you are not swimming and way less stand out than rock tape. A shower is not an issue as you are not moving your arm so much or streching the sticky.Be care full if you want to change the tape though. It really does stick to the sensor, just not to the skin as much.

Fed up of the patches falling off I got these. They are a great size to cover the patch and keep them securely in place.
