Waste of time
Product arrived punctually so I cracked it open and gave it a try, it spread like water and didn't cover the conductive pads on my belt properly. I tried it anyway and received the shock you get when there isn't enough gel, I continued applying more and more gel until half the tube was gone... It still shocked. I wouldn't recommend this product at ll, pay a little more and get something decent.
