Playmobil Family Fun 6978 Cruise Ship, Incl. Floating Lifeboat, for Children Ages 4+

Bit pricey but son has hours and hours of fun. Lots of little extra for using imagination.

I bought this ship for my grandson as we planned to take him in a cruise. There are lots of little pieces and it did take a while to but but the end product looked lovely and has been played with lots. It’s quite big. My only challenge was peeling the stickers off to put onto the ship (floor, windows, flags etc)

First off, this is a great toy. I enjoyed assembling it with my son - it’s very cool and great fun. It is quite durable as well.Didn’t take too long to build either - at least in comparison to similar-sized playmobil or Lego Sets.It is bulky though and I have no place for “putting it away”. So it just lies around which is not an issue for my son who loves playing with it.We tried putting it in the bath (no batteries so not an issue) but it didn’t really stay afloat.Good fun and priced well - we got a discount on Amazon.

FeaturesThe cruise ship is big and has three compartments. It also has lots of accessories, for example it has a deck-chair, phones and bags. There’s a slide, furniture, steps and a lifeboat.What I like about itI like that you can dismantle it and that there is a slide. This boat is recommended for 6 to 12 years olds, but I think it is suitable for 5 year olds and it could even be for 4 year olds and up. This boat has sparked my interest in going on a cruise ship.What can be improvedThere could be pets and more adults and children. There could have been more decks and a restaurant. It could also have had a trampoline and a bouncy castle.I would give it 4 out of 5.

This one part is broken and cannot be fixed. Can you send a replacement for this one part. It must have been damaged in the factory - the rest is perfect!

Bought this for my grandson's birthday and he's delighted with it. It was fiddly to assemble but worth it. Lots of tiny little details as you'd expect with playmobil that will no doubt get lost along the way but the ship itself is sturdy and will hopefully last for years.

My little boy loves this and playing with it... he spends hours on his own using his imagination. It was really easy to assemble and it’s very sturdy. It’s definitely something if keep for him for years to come

Great boat...had fun putting this together.. Can take a while but we enjoyed doing this. We have bought two of these
