Kit came with a lot of different fittings, I only needed one, but good to have for future jobs. Worked perfectly and helped me figure out an oil pressure issue with a 1993 Mazda B2600i.

I used this on my 2005 Ford f150 with the notorious 5.4L 3v engine. I was reading oil pressure in the 40s which seems suspiciously high for this engine so I'm a bit skeptical of the accuracy of this gauge but I have no way to disprove it. Maybe I've just got great oil pressure?The fittings were great though, everything went together well and nothing leaked. I purged the pressure with the check valve, oil came out when i pushed it (as expected) but didn't leak after I let go.Word of caution: route the hose away from exhaust or other hot components. I cooked mine on the exhaust manifold and spilled oil everywhere. It's obvious but worth repeating so you dont ruin yours like I did.

This tool allowed me to check the oil pressure on my engine and save me a ton of money. A mechanic kept telling me the problem my car had was the oil pump had gone bad which it would cost me $1,200 to replace . instead this this I measured the oil from the port where the sensor is at, I measured and the oil pressure comes out to be exactly to be what the manufacturer expect, I fix it my self when to to local autopart and got the sensor for $45 and save me $1155 took a nice short vacation with the family with the money

I purchased this just over 30 days ago. Well, silly me thinking I was trying to be budget conscious but also getting a more deluxe kit to help me diagnose a potential fuel delivery problem on a car that I am working on.I own 4 Pontiac Fiero’s that I am very proud of. Of the 4 Fiero’s, 1 is a custom 3800 supercharged conversion, 1 is a big project that I presently have the engine and transmission removed and working on installing a modern Corvette engine, and the other 2 are show quality and only 20k miles on each.That being said, I have run into an issue with my 3800 supercharged Fiero and needed to diagnose if I have a bad fuel pump or other fuel delivery system issue.Unfortunately I was finishing up a complete overhaul of the brakes on another Fiero and caliper rebuilds that I didn’t open this BRAND NEW DELUXE Fuel Injection tester kit I got from Amazon and try using it when it was delivered.I finally got to it just today and the gauge was showing ZERO line pressure, yet when you depress the Schrader valve on the fuel rail, it squirts gasoline all over.The adapter pieces that connects to the test gauge didn’t properly fit, etc., O-rings on various adapters were either missing or half wedged into the connectors, etc.When I finally realized this kit was absolute junk, I went to Harbor Freight and picked up a nice kit for $90, and as soon as I got that Harbor Freight kit hooked up, bingo got my trouble shooting done without any problems.This kit I got from Amazon is garbage and I can’t return it because I’m just outside my return window. I recommend anyone considering buying this kit to buy something else, and definitely NOT something from the same company.I guess it’s my fault for waiting so long until I used it, but to be a complete pile of junk is also not something that you should expect.I bought this earlier because I knew the Christmas holiday was coming up and I would have some time to get on this fuel issue.Thankfully there is a harbor freight in my area and they had a nice kit. It cost double of what this Amazon purchase cost, but I wasted so much time with this that it wasn’t worth trying to save a few bucks, not to mention that money is lost because I can’t use this garbage kit.

Used this to check the Oil pressure on my Thermo King reefer unit just to make sure if it's the pressure or the sensor that gives me a problem. Problem solved, The sensor was bad.This is a must-have tool for any DIYer.

Everything looked good with this one. I loved the fast connection technology between the different sites and the gauge, but after everything is installed and in place, it leaked oil exactly between the socket and the easy connection, exactly the one that I said that I like it. Other brands don't have this easy swap, it's manually tightened. I can't leave this much longer in my truck measuring the oil pressure because it's making a mess on my driveway.
