It is 5 a.m. and I woke up feeling rested and with no stiffness and pain like I have for the last several years. My wonderful father passed along his arthritis issues to all of his kids. I have had arthritis since I was 26 yrs old. I am now 53. The pain on some days is just overwhelming and causes me so much stress. When I came upon this product I thought, " It's cheap so I won't be out much. Why not try it?" I took a bath and washed my feet really well. Put them on my feet according to the areas that were bothering me. It comes with a reflexology chart so you can place the pads where you need them to go. I have started having gallbladder issues so I placed one in the gb spot and the other on back and knees. So....this morning, for the first time in forever, I wake up feeling like I did at 25. I am not tired from tossing and turning all night due to pain. No bad chest or indestion pain. I feel great! I am going to buy more for myself and elderly parents. I don't care if it is all in my head. I feel amazing and even my mood is fantastic. I certainly do recommend these little gifts.I included a pic of the nasty black pads that came off of my feet. I will wear them again tonight. This will be part of a routine for me. I am excited about my busy day today. Just that alone is something for me. I am usually grumpy as heck. Not today!!Thank you for this little gem. If I feel this for only 1 day I am going to take this blessing because it at least gave me 1 day to feel like I used to and remember when I was sweet, pain free and not an old grump.

Great Product

Not as good as some others I bought but I really like the Lavender and Rose but hard to find just them in the other brand I got so I tried these. They are ok.

I am absolutely amazed. I wore these on my feet for seven hours last night and look at all the toxins they pulled! I also slept very well. I will definitely use again. I wore a pair of socks over them just to be sure they stayed put, but the adhesive worked well. I recommend you use these while you sleep.

Read the science. This looked too good to be true. I like everybody else got the black pads in the morning, which looked like it was doing. However, there is no scientific evidence that detox foot pads work.Studies have shown that these pads do not absorb or remove any significant amount of toxins.The discoloration that appears on the pads after use is likely due to sweat, dirt, or the ingredients in the pads themselves. There is no evidence that this discoloration indicates the removal of toxins.The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has banned the marketing of detox foot pads with deceptive claims about their effectiveness. I am not picking on this particular brand as this is the brand I purchased. If they help people because of the placebo effect, they are giving that’s wonderful but there’s no proof they actually do anything from a biological standpoint.
