TUDCA for lactose intolerance, not the best taste.
I suffer from lactose intolerance which is generally upsetting the whole of my digestive system. I am staying away from dairy products, but unfortunately, milk is in so many products that it is sometimes very difficult for me to avoid it. I am finding that taking TUDCA is helpful for my problems, and it soothes the discomfort that my guts would suffer from otherwise. It hasn’t cured my lactose intolerance, but it is helping me to deal with it on a day-to-day basis.This bottle has 60 tablets and, with the recommendation of taking two a day, will last for 30 days. As for the price, all quality TUDCA supplements cost about £30 for a month, so this one is a saving with a price of £ 19.48 at the time of writing this review.The tablets are easy to swallow, and they do not have any unpleasant aftertaste, but when swallowing them they have an unpleasant taste, so I highly recommend taking them with plenty of water.I am happy with this TUDCA supplement.

Didn't notice any real difference.
Sounded promising for cleansing the liver and for general liver health, having taken the months supply at 2 capsules per day, ive not noticed any real differences, i hope they did something, no adverse effects, but wouldn't get again as too pricey for not noticing any difference.
