This is a great item. Holds books flat and lets you read or work hands free. I've used it on big cookbooks, how-to repair manuals and exercise books. Always works. Only one that it didn't work on was a large old dictionary. Unless you are using it for a super large book this should do the trick for you.

Exactly what I wanted--- flexible yet firm enough to hold my book open. The color was exactly as stated. Nice to find a reliable product.

I like the Red color - It's handy size - I think I'll get another to keep in my car, and it could be a personal protection device, handy if you get set upon by book banners.BEST of all a Veteran owned company !

If you're skeptical that this lump of rubber is some obvious scam -- "how could this do something that my left hand or my phone can't already do?" -- then listen: I am a university student, and my friends are always asking to borrow the "flippidy floppity" to prop open their books. I use it every day. Buy it.Poorly-bound books are well suited to this product: instead of torquing the pages with an awkward left hand or a pen, just place this thing down. Incredibly simple solution to what might otherwise result in delicate pages getting shifted around.It produces a satisfying, solid thwack when you hit something, be it a table, a wall, a column, or a friend's back.My ONE scruple is that it, being rubber, collects dust on its surface. I have a dusty backpack full of shattered cough drops, so I always have to blow it off like an artifact and rub it against my pants for a moment to clear it off. But no big deal. Buy buy buy.

And hold the book open. Nice silicone material cover. Would buy again.

Does the job. Wish I hasn't picked pink. It looks quite phallic laying around. Holds book open well, but of course needs to be moved frequently in order to unblock the words underneath it.

J’ai hésité longtemps à choisir un modèle de signet lesté.Celui-ci est suffisamment lourd pour bien maintenir les pages d’un livre quelle que soit son épaisseur et est agréable à manipuler.Contrairement au cuir, le caoutchouc souple peut même être lavé dans l’eau chaude au besoin.. Il est probablement bon pour la vie.
