I loved it for 2 days and on the 3rd Day it broke - Im still waiting to hear back from Diva Gifts
On opening and using for the first and second day, I was enjoying it so much I was going to do a unboxing of the product, and the 3rd day it broke and could no longer use. I was happy yo just have the mop head replaced so wrote to both Amazon and the Diva Group and still have heard nothing from either of them. Very disappointing. Won't be using again
