These are a bit expensive and didnt actually work. Well you loose a couple of pounds then put it stright back on again

I only take these after fatty meat meals as is recommended. Not noticed weight loss so far. The cheap price makes them worth a punt, but they don't seem to be an instant weight loss solution, at least in my case.
