Bought this for my iPhone SE over a year ago and it’s held up great! I do like the look and feel of the case on my phone. It’s not too bulky and it does its job protecting my phone. I have taken a few underwater photos using this phone case and it works. I do test it before submerging it with my phone in water to make sure it still worked.At times, but not always I do get a bubble that forms on the plastic-like material on the home button. whenever this happens I just squeeze my phone case with one hand (not too tightly) and the bubble returns flat on the home button. Not a big deal.One last thing, after having this case on my phone the plastic flaps which cover my headphone jack is cracking of the constant pulling out. This was bound to happen because of the plastic material and the use, but I’m glad it held up this long and not a couple of months!Overall I think it’s a great product, it does what it’s supposed to, it did protect my phone underwater, and I will buy the same case for my phone again!

I haven’t had it very long and I already LOVE IT!I was a bit concerned about the plastic over the home button, because I feared it wouldn’t be able to read my thumb print, but it does perfectly. The button covers work perfectly and it doesn’t take any extra effort or prodding to get them to press correctly. For the ringer switch, it’s a small knob you turn and I was skeptical on how well it would work, but it works easily and perfectly as well! Also, the plastic over the front of the screen doesn’t reduce its sensitivity at all. It doesn’t take extra pressure to get things to press.The seal on it is fantastic and no water gets in when in the shower or tub.Editing on 12/10/2019I'm amazed at how many negative reviews it has. The case still works extremely well. After having it for over a year, it's still waterproof. The strap has now broken, but that's it. The thin plastic over the home button does leave a little bit of a sticky residue around my phone's home button, but it's easy to wipe off so it's not really a concern. I haven't needed to order a new one or ever change my case, it's still the best case I've ever owned.

Water resistance seemed to work great. Ran 2 of the "tests" with no issues. Took it on vacation and brought it right into the Caribbean Sea with me to take pics. Everything worked and still works just fine. Only 2 "complaints" would be slight loss of sensitivity on the touchscreen but only noticeable in some of my games that are used to many lighter touches and the speed in which I text. The other being bigger issue and more annoying is people can't seem to hear me when I'm talking on the phone if I have the charging port sealed. Not too big of an issue to open it up to talk since I don't talk much. The primary function of keeping my phone dry in the water is 5* all the way though...worth the purchase for sure.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. long story short if you don't want to read this whole thing, my phone is broken and will not turn on, because this case said it was waterproof and is not. i bought this for my vacation in france so i could take photos underwater, and not worry about your phone gettuing ruined. It does say in the description it can go up to 3 meters deep sand take photos underwater. as it suggested i had tested it before i went in the water without the phone inside the case. no water had gotten into the phone. I waded out into the water phone in hand. i looked around underwater. the deepest the phone got was less than a foot. as i was getting out of the water i had noticed a little bit of water had seeped into the case, I was hoping it was just a little bit that would do no damage to the phone. at this time my phone was at about 10 percent. the little cover over the home button was stuck and designed poorly so that it was constantly pressed down onto the home button which had randomly turned on siri many times and i was not able to do anything because when i would enter an app it would just hit the home button and exit the app. anyways once i got into the apartment i plugged it in. it would not charge, and eventually my phone just died. since then i have plugged it in at many outlets with many different chargers even at another building. at that point I had given up, water has gotten in the charging port and it will not be able to charge. basically this stupid case promised something it could not deliver. my phone is broken... on vacation... in a foreign country where i don't speak the language.

Seems like a great product thus far. I’ve been using this case for about 2 weeks now, and it has worked perfectly. The case is much more slim than other waterproof cases, and it looks decent. I haven’t had to use the special cord that is supplied for headphones, as my old apple headphones fit fine with the case on. There is no issue getting the charging cord to fit through the case. The touch functionality is just as good as having no case at all. I haven’t submerged my phone in water, but I have rinsed it off in the sink several times without any issues. Of course the speakers aren’t quite as loud as before, but the difference is negligible. I’ve owned the name brand cases before, and this out does them in my opinion. All in all this is a great alternative to the other “proof” cases.

I like my waterproof phone case. We took pictures & videos at Niagara Falls, surrounded by water and even under the Falls and it worked beautifully. However, since I put the case on my phone, it smothered the sounds. I can't hear my ph ringing, text messages or voicemail anymore. Any suggestions?

Easy to use; I have two plastic pouches that are more difficult to put together; love the clear plastic (as opposed to flexivbble plastic of the bags) which I think will give less distortion. I did have leakage on the leak test, but it was my fault as the paper tower I put in got caught in the closure; when I re did the leak test , it did not leak; so pay attention to how you close it

This case is a great value for the money. I dropped my phone in a lake with this case on and it protected the phone with absolutely no issues whatsoever. My only complaint is that people find it hard to hear me in my normal conversational voice unless I put it on speaker or open up the charging port on the bottom.
