I have 16 small fish in a Bio orb. These fish feeders do 4 days and still aren't fully disappeared (even just using one tablet) Healthy fish and they genuinely do not discolour the water

I've used one of these so far, over a long weekend away. Luckily it was more of a test, and I had someone popping in midway to feed them anyway. At first it looked to be dissolving slowly, however upon my return on day 4 it was just a chalky lump at the bottom of the tank. It had barely changed in size and clearly wasn't releasing anything. It may be ok as a backup if your fish will go down and feed from it but I wouldn't trust it for a full weekend away, and I'm glad I gave it a test weekend first. Will not repurchase, the hunt for a good holiday fish feeder continues. Shame as it had good reviews, it unfortunately just didn't work for me and my BiOrb.

Useful to keep as a standby " just in case " .
