I ordered this at 10pm and it arrived the next day at 1pm (Delivered by amazon) I truly can't complain. Along with that, this is great value for money, I have washed it, braided it in various different ways and contrary to the reviews I found the clamp to be hardy and the overall quality to be on par with the price you pay for it. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. The comb did come broken but I'm not gonna make a fuss about it. The hair shed was very minimal despite everything being done to it, will recommend this brand if anyone were to ask!

Daughter loved it

Both my daughter and my niece like this doll, although sometimes the hair at the bottom gets knotted.

This is lovely but after a couple of uses the clamp broke, but the seller kindly replaced this quickly. No complaints about the product

Though the head has alot of hair the scalp is quite bald and with each brush the head malts. The hair gets very knotty, the comb broke! The vice is poor quality (plastic but badly made) thenhead doesn't sit on it correctly the slightest knock and it wobbles.

This was a gift for my granddaughter who was over the moon when I gave it to her. She has used it often and executed some amazing styles. Great choice.
