ColumbiaRedmond 3 Low Rise Hiking Shoes for Women

Has everything you want from this type of shoe. Me and my wife do a lot of off-trail hiking, and these shoes are perfect. We both have a pair each. The day after I bought them, we went for a 9 hour hike, and I didn't get a single blister, which is unusual for me. Shoes also have amazing grip on wet and rocky surfaces.

It was comfortable and keeps stable when walking on rough road

Item was well packaged and arrived promptly. Very comfortable to walk in and supportive around the ankles when tightly laced up. Love the colour of these.

Hmm.There's good and bad with these. First the good:~ super cushiony on the soles of your feet - a bowling ball couldn't knock you over in these~ very competitively priced for walking shows~ they're fairly lightweight, so you don't feel like you're clumping aboutAnd then the bad:~ they didn't fit terribly well, unfortunately. My big toe was slightly squeezed at the top, and my heel felt a little too rubbed against at the back~ they don't support your ankles very well, as they are cut very low at the sides~ I don't love the styling - they're not very, sort of, pretty~ a few of the stitches here and there were loose. They weren't frayed, they were just a little loose, so I'm not sure how they'll hold upSo there you go. My list of complaints is longer than the list of good point so 4 stars may be too many. Humm. They really are quite good, though, so 3 stars would feel mean.

I liked these, they look attractive, are light and well cushioned, and certainly I had a sense of immediate bounce in my gait. I am a 5.5/6 (39) and as we all know, some shoes seem to be true to your size, others don't and footwear is far less forgiving than clothes which do not fit to perfection.Though my toes did not feel squeezed at the sides I was marginally aware that my big toe was pretty much at the length edge. I think, as is often the case with walking boots, that with these, for full days walking and certainly in summer, I would probably have taken 6.5 and used footbeds if they were a little roomy.They are slightly lower cut at the ankle than my preferred walking shoes (Brasher, Berghaus) offering a little less support than those shoes, so I'd be less likely to take these where I knew the terrain was more challenging

These seemed well made. I already have a pair of Columbia walking shoes which I use a lot, so generally I think the brand is a good quality brand. However, these seemed more like men's shoes. They ran a little big, which is ok if you want to wear very thick socks. I found them very wide in the front and rather bulky looking at the front too. The ankle area is well supported and comfortable. Arch support is not there for those with high arches.

En esta ocasión he comprado las III porque eran las que estaban de oferta y en cuanto a aspectos tecnicos no hay mucha diferencia. Lo mejor de todo es que su horma se mantiene ancha y el pie va descansado y nada apretado por muchos kilómetros que le metas (mis salidas suelen ser de 20 kms de media). Muy recomendables.

Das sind meine absoluten Lieblingsschuhe. Ich habe große Probleme mit Schuhen. Auf diesen Columbia kann ich den ganzen Tag bequem unterwegs sein. Absolute Kaufempfehlung
