Too much sugar.
It’s frustrating when a product is promoted as a healthy food and it’s loaded with added sugar. It’s just not necessary. I should have read the nutritional facts, but I was really hoping for a great snack of fruit & nuts, etc without the added sugar. As someone who has to watch their sugar intake for medical reasons, I tasted them to try it, and then gave them to my husband because I couldn’t eat anymore due to the sugar.If added sugar is not a problem for you, then I would recommend these snacks because they do taste great, and it’s low on the ‘bad’ fats.
