BartesianDuet Cocktail Machine, 2 Glass Spirit Bottles, 55310

Bought this for my mom and she loves it and it have became a center point of her kitchen. Easy to clean, change the liquors and tastes great. It’s good value for the money spent on it and we have had ours for 4 years and it still runs great.

This is the perfect size, fun and easy to use, and the drinks never disappoint!!

Every year is a challenge for me to find a gift for my son for Christmas. I usually find the perfect gift on Amazon. This machine makes 6 different drinks using pods. It comes with two glass bottles to hold the alcohol. You just put in a pod, push a button and voila! You have espresso martinis, margaritas, cosmos, etc. Although we haven't opened it yet and tried it out, I have no doubt that this will be a big hit. The pods are a bit pricey, and the extra bottles are also, but they are glass and of good quality. If you have someone on your list who enjoys a cocktail and who is a challenge to buy for, this is the perfect gift.

The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t sure if all the positive reviews were real and decided to go for it for my milestone bday! And the video is my first drink fr it - I had opened the box and put it together. I don’t usually have hard liquor in my house but had spiced rum left over from last Xmas. So I tried a mai tai. Taste = 👍🏽 Ease of Use = 👍🏽 Clean-up=👍🏽👍🏽 I mean, this is a dream machine for cocktails. I used the lightest setting and it tasted strong - so I added a little club soda to it and it was perfect. It tasted like a mai tai I would get at any good/decent bar anywhere. Even after buying pods and alcohol, I would say this machine will pay for itself after a month or two. I may come back after a month to talk about longevity of the machine if I have issues but this first experience was amazing! Excited to have friends over to share some fun cocktails.

I purchased a Bartesian Cocktail Maker as a birthday gift for my wife. The concept and online reviews had piqued my interest, especially since my wife was looking for an easy way to enjoy new cocktails. The initial experience was promising when she opened the gift, and we successfully made one drink. However, the machine stopped working after that first attempt.I suspected it might be a clog or a user error, so I carefully followed the instructions, but the machine refused to cooperate. Instead of returning it immediately, I decided to give it some time, hoping a fresh start might resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this approach didn't work either.I made one final effort to clean the machine, even though it seemed unlikely to be dirty after just one use. Regrettably, the troubleshooting steps provided no solution.When I attempted to contact Bartesian for assistance, their automated system informed me that their lines were busy assisting other customers, and their support hours were limited to 10 AM-4 PM, Monday to Friday. This scheduling seems terribly misaligned with days and times customers would use the Bartesian cocktail maker. It quickly reminded me that Butterball Turkey staffs their offices on Thanksgiving Day to assist customers with questions - about a simple turkey!!!Looking back on this purchase, I found the instructions confusing, particularly the requirement to fill, empty, and clean the canisters that hold the liquor between making different cocktails. While I appreciated the machine's elegant design and thoughtful intention, it ultimately failed to perform as expected. Despite giving it the benefit of the doubt and hoping for Bartesian's support, neither the machine nor their customer service met my expectations.

I love the concept of this machine. Just like a kuerig machine but for alcohol. My machine runs over the top very often and spills everywhere. Which is my only reason for not giving it a 5 star review. And it never registers the liquor pod half the time. But as far as taste and quality of drinks and value it’s perfect and never disappoints. Just think I may have gotten a bad functioning machine.

Great cocktail maker. Makes excellent drinks. The machine is sleek and cool. However- but good luck finding the capsules. Even on Amazon, there are very few selections for variety. You'll have to order from the Bartesian website to get a variety of tastes, which means this is not the spontaneous type of drink-making you're probably used to. It's not like running down to the corner store or Bevmo to buy your mixers. It takes 7 business days to get your capsule order, so you will need to make sure you have plenty in stock in advance before entertaining. They need to expand their distribution carriers ala K-Cups to make this investment more practical IMO.
