The black reel,the gold reel both have 2+1 BB,not 9+1 BB. No carbon fiber drag either. The reel with the 9+1 BB and carbon fiber drag is the red one,Red Devil model. Returning this and ordered the red one. I'll review the red one when I get it. Not very happy. Update:The red devil model is a decent reel for the money.Feels smooth,drag is nice. It has a small amount of slop in the handle,nothing different than most sub $100 reels. Looks good. Be careful which color you order,read the fine print..don't be fooled by the listing title w the black reel pic. Classic bait and switch

I was surprised at the quality of this reel for the price. Can't wait to try out this reel and see how it performs with fish on the line..

It looks like a really nice reel . Until you actually use it. Then you realize it is just another cheap Chinese import. A lot of slop in the handle . The rotor starts to wobble when you put decent pressure on the drag. It is probably ok for small pan fish but hook into a nice striper or catfish and this will not last long. It was starting to give it up when I hooked a decent size pickerel. There are way better inexpensive options out there.

easy to use. look forward to catching a lot of trout.
