I am elated I found this pillow! For the last 10 months I have been suffering with severe neck and shoulder pain on my right side. I see a chiropractor weekly but even that hasn’t eliminated the pain entirely. My chiropractor suggested a new pillow. Finally I got sick of the pain and broke down and ordered this one after researching every cervical pillow on Amazon. I’m glad I didn’t get one of those weird looking ones where your head goes into a hole. This pillow looks like a normal pillow. However, the shape of this pillow completely supports my neck. It actually cradles my neck and takes the weight off. I wake up without pain stiffness and no headache! I actually stay asleep the entire night for the first time in months! This pillow keeps me in 1 position all night so no tossing. The memory foam is very good not too soft not too firm just perfect support. I still have a moderate amount of pain but this pillow has made a HUGE difference! I was sleeping on a MyPillow. Threw it in the trash! I had no idea how much better changing to a good pillow would make me feel. Definitely helps support your neck and head!

So I did get the soft one. And I am happy that I did. It is exactly what I need. It’s just enough support on my neck to keep it from getting stressed out as I sleep specially, when I sleep on my side usually when I go to bed I sleep on my side, but I always end up on my back and with a regular pillow my neck isn’t supported. So this, product is definitely a neck saver. I was worried because I opened it and yes there was an odor but after a couple days of leaving it to air out, it did go away now there is no smell and I do like that depending on what I feel like I need that day I can change between the thicker, cervical arch, and the thinner cervical arch, since I’ve had this pillow, I haven’t had headaches in a long time and I was getting them almost every day. If you have neck, pain and headache, pain caused by neck pain, you should just give this pillow a try and see if it helps.

It has been ten days since it came, I took it out of the shrink wrapping and it fluffed up immediately with no weird smells, undamaged etc, but the most important thing is I don’t know what I was thinking sleeping with my metal headboard and lumpy four year old ikea pillow and wondering why I woke up in pain every day.I bought this pillow as opposed to some other options because the shape made the most sense to me knowing what I know about how I sleep. I am a side sleeper and I really like neck support. I wasn’t sold on those orthopedic pillows with the neck trough, they looked maybe ideal for back sleepers or people who don’t move around at night and that isnt me. I flop around side to side.My old pillow i would push and shove and try to jam under my neck, and I couldn’t lie in the middle because I would sink into it and my face and nose would get covered, so I had to be sleeping on the edge of it not to suffocate.This eliminated every one of those struggles, but most importantly the pain I was waking up with. I did have concerns it would have a smell, not keep its shape, be too firm or not firm enough, and that the neck support shape would be too high or too low. Turns out i did not have to be worried about any of those things. It fits a regular pillow case, it doesn’t slide around and get out of place in the night, I can fold my arm underneath without compromising support or losing circulation in my hand, it doesn’t get hot, and I can breathe all night.Highly highly highly recommend if you have daily pain like I did caused by sleeping wrong on your neck.**edit after a month: still just as good as the day I took it out of the bag, holding its shape etc**it has been one year, I am still just as happy with this as the first day I woke up after trying out the first night. Everything I described above still applies. Neck and upper back pain totally vanished, and stayed gone! I’d give this pillow to anyone you love, especially anyone over 30, lol

I love my cervical pillow . It is soooo comfortable , it helps me sleep better at night. , no more neck aches. Love it!!

Tried many pillows for neck pain. This one worked the best, but you do have to give it a fair try as your neck adjusts to it, especially if it has been unhealthy for a long time. My neck is now healed from using it.

Two weeks of pillow trial. It is okay but doesn’t work well for neck support as larger end is too high for neck to feel comfortable. The smaller end is good for side sleeping. I previously had 2 tempur-pedics which were great for neck pain. I had my last one for 6 years and thought it was time for replacement so I tried this pillow which was not as pricey.

I waited awhile to right this review to ensure I really liked this pillow. I have had pillows like this before and they have served me well. But it was time to buy a new one. After searching through the available selections I came across this on from this company. I like firm pillows and this met my criteria. The one thing that made my selection easier was the size being 24 inches. Most of my previous purchases the pillow was only 20 inches. It sure did make a difference for me, having a larger pillow. The pillow is firm but not hard as a rock. It has helped me sleep much more restfully and the extra length keeps my head on the pillow and does not fall off. The added bonus was the free extra pillow case that was made available to me.
