I was suprised it worked so well!Went from 4-12 to 0.9! (1300 sq ft main floor was a 4.0 before.) And somehow our VOCs and CO2 went to good levels also (which I couldn't figure out why were medium/high).With only a tube in our sump pit!Most of the basement is dirt crawlspace...which has plastic sheeting just laid on top. We won't need to seal up the plastic!I thought the noise of the fan was going to be too loud when I took it out of the box and plugged it in. But once installed, it was fine.

Only 2 days post install (DIY) and this thing is Erasing my radon. Went from 14+ pCi/L and now at 0.64! Super easy to install. I purchased a specific radon sump lid which means no concrete core drilling. Pulling air and radon from the perimeter drain pipe in my 2,300 square foot basement. Brilliant. My only downside is the noise, but that’s what you get with one of the largest units made. Pretty soon it will just be white noise. A small price to pay for the piece of mind this fan has given our family. Strongly recommend.

We had 8 pCi/L I drilled a hole in our concrete floor installed the PVC and wired the fan on the exterior of the house. Within 2 hours we had .2 pCi/L. Quiet and powerful, I have a 3200 sf house.

Comes with everything you need at a decent price if you are replacing a failing fan.

Saved me having to pay thousands to get it installed

Great product but fan is a little noisy. My radon level went from 8 to .45I took the time to fish the piping through a chase in my house, with the fan in the attic, and out the roof. I had to go back and insulate the pipe section that went through the house to dampen the “hum” that could be heard when all was quiet. There is still a “didgeridoo” type hum at the outlet on the roof that i can hear from the back yard. I’ll try to address that in the spring.

We bought an old house as " Is" and the radon test was above 6 in the basement and above 4 first level of the house. After installing this pump the radon both in the basement and upstairs is less than 1. This pump is powerful and works well.

Great job all around. Ships quickly in a heavy box closed with staples not tape. Everything feels high quality and is as described. After professional installation pressure meter is at 3.5 inches with everything sealed properly and radon levels have fallen from >4 to <0.5 almost immediately. Quiet fan. Cord could be a couple feet longer. Would buy again.

I had a long term average of 275 Bq/m3 of radon in my basement. I have spent some times to read about this topic and how to install a mitigation system that sucks the gas from under the basement concrete slab. I decided to go with this product and install the fan with a 4’’ piping system. It took me roughly 2 days to complete the work. I was really happy to see the radon’s concentration dropped to an average 5 Bq/m3 shortly after the installation. I will continue to monitor the level of it for a couple a weeks, but it certainly looks like my radon problem is solved.Although the noise of the fan tends to be in high frequencies, the sound level is totally acceptable to my hears, and around 52 db according to my phone app. It remains to be seen how many years it will last, but so far, I’m satisfied with this product.
