Very bad product. The processor is abysmally slow so navigation looks choppy and takes forever to load. A lot of buttons don’t do anything at all, or don’t do what they say; the power button just mutes the music. There is no way to program the steering wheel buttons. Nearly everyday, I have to manually go in and reconnect Zlink so that CarPlay will work.The dash fairing that was provided doesn’t fit at all, if I press on it, it clicks in and out. The AC/Heat module is missing 2 of where the fasteners would hold it securely, so if you click a button, the whole unit pushes further into the dash.I do not recommend buying this product, you will regret it. You get what you pay for, 0/10

It was semi easy to set up besides how to hook up the steering wheel controls.( still haven’t found out how to) If you looking to hook up the back up camera you need to tap into the pink wire. ( that is not explained)

Update: 6 months later screen is black and won’t turn on. Checked the fuse which was fine and see a blue light behind unit when connected to power but screen will not come on.This is the best one. There are few out there that don’t have the correct clips on the dash for air vents and units are slow and outdated. This one still doesn’t have 2 top screws to align the hvac but it stays in place on its own fine. Buy this one.

It is a very nice unit, plug and play. No hassle with wires, very simple to install. I send an email prior to install about one thing, customer support was very quick to respond. The interface of the unit is very nice, very simple to use, especially for my young son. The picture quality is very nice and the buttons are very responsive.
