I bought this as I had researched herbs that can help IBS, I have to say it does not remove the suffering but does help ease the symptoms immensely, I bought empty capsules from Amazon and made up tablets giving one per day, this seems the best option as the taste is a bit bitter, if taken at night time it should help through the next day.I can recommend this product as it has worked for the reason it was purchased. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
