Can use anytime you want a citrus punch
You could use this anytime a recipe calls for lemon juice. I mostly use it as part of a Salmon dish.Very fresh citrus taste.

Great flavor
We add a little to apple cider vinegar and hot water, sometimes with honey. It beats loading up with morning caffeine and much healthier.

The best of 4 yuzu juices!
I've tried four different yuzu juices from Amazon, and I've had yuzu many times. This is authentic, 100% pure Yuzu Juice, just like the one I enjoyed growing up in Japan. MINUS: It's TOO EXPENSIVE!!!
