MyPillow 2.0 Cooling Bed Pillow Queen, Least Firm

Pillow stays cool so no more flipping every time I change position

i like these quite a bit. cover has a nice texture. most money I ever spent on a pillow. They are holding up well.

Most importantly... this is NOT a cooling pillow, it is very hot.Secondly, you cannot dry this pillow after washing like the original my pillow products.Third: Not really a firm pillow, cannot compare to the original product (I'm talking about the ones we purchased several years ago) This one has to be fluffed intermittently THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT to acquire firmness we associate with a firm pillow and the ORIGINAL PRODUCT.Fourth: Is still made in America, USA? I'm not sure... read on...It has the foam of a standard firm pillow concealed within a queen case. I think that if I force the foam to one end and sew into a smaller pillow (standard) pillow I will probably get the firmness we are accustomed to and desire. The original product from several years ago was SO MUCH better!The original product took two full drying cycles to dry... THIS cooling pillow has instructions printed on the bag indicating it should not be put in dryer... I wonder how many days it will take to dry after washing!!The only reasons why we purchased this pillow were1. Cooling pillow (that would be great for hot sleepers),2. We purchased the pillow several years ago (10+) and our original product is failing.. they've had a good life and been washed/dried several times per year.3. We had trust in the brand (now quite diminished... WHY MIKE LYNDELL??4. we knew amazon would stand by their product and also knew it was impossible to get in touch with my pillow customer service (my husband purchased a standard pillow in error 2 years ago and tried for a solid month to reach customer service... a futile effort). NOTE: we used the stuffing from that pillow to replenish the ones we already owned.It's quite a shame that a company with a previously excellent product would cheapen it and diversify so broadly that it CANNOT provide excellence in any way... no customer service, poor product quality, and ..... I'm disappointed to say the least.I will keep the pillow I purchased, altering it to acquire the desired firmness... and will toss in the garbage when it needs to be cleaned. Sadly, it will be my last purchase from this company.(Is the product still made in America?)

I got the medium. It’s sturdy. Took it out and it was very flat but after a day it became fuller. It’s colder than my other pillows. Personally I hate it. It hurts and strains my neck. I got better pillows for the dollar store. My cat likes to sleep on it so it’s her bed now. Will never buy pillows online again.

I recommend the cooling pillow over the regular pillow. Light Fluffy but still quite supportive

I initially loved the firmness and gave it 5.A year later I can't fluff it enough and it gets uneven shaped when you do fluff. I end up flipping it overtwice a night and no longer happy.I am going back to my 1.0 the classic is best.

We were hooked on My Pillow, been using them for years. My husband wanted to try the ‘new’ cooling version. And swore by it, however I was a little skeptical. Love the fact you can choose your firmness, so I gave it chance. WOW! What a difference, I’m easily overheated and truly was is amazed at the cooling aspect of this pillow. Switch out our pillows and enjoying these even more! Great product, a little expensive, but feel worth the price. I like the fact that they wash well to freshen them up. A bed is one place to spend your money on a good product, since you spend 1/3 of your life in it!!

I've had other MyPillow pillows, and they never go flat and always feel like my head is resting on a cloud.
