This device was easily set up and molded well to the teeth. The jaw adjustment is a little difficult to change, but it shouldn’t need changed once dialed in. It did not eliminate my snoring but does reduce snoring.This device is physically larger than others I tried. It is difficult to close your lips and leads to dry mouth. It also has a support in the middle between the upper and lower front teeth that rubs on the end of your tongue.It is well made with quality materials and my jaw was not sore after wearing it for a month. I have tried may brands and this one is average to average +.

My husband said it definitely made me snore less and more quietly. It is big and bulky and falls out of my mouth during the night and makes it so I can’t keep my lips closed when relaxed. It also doesn’t mold to my mouth well even after trying the molding process a few times. Also makes my teeth hurt.

I don't have any negative or positive feed back but what to let those know this one is too big for my mouth. I'm a mid 30s, female, 5 foot, 120lbs. I have a small head as in, my children's ball caps fit me best 🙈I hope this review can help someone else who is in the small stature.

This really worked to stop my snoring from the 1st use. It was a bit uncomfortable at 1st and caused my jaw to ache. It is adjustable so I set it back a bit and was able to reduce that problem. My jaw also falls open during the night, and it fell out of place initially. I resorted to mouth tape to keep the mouth closed and that seemed to do the trick. You need to be able to breath through your nose if you use tape and this can be a problem if you get congested. I'm replacing my first one after two months because my teeth clenching has gradually deformed the moldable piece so that it started to irritate my tongue. But despite these complaints, I'm giving it a 4 because it really did do the main job of stopping my snoring which has improved my health overall (I sleep better) and also stopped annoying my wife so she can sleep.
