I actually bought this because I was on a mission to get rid of my stretch marks in 6 months. I also have serious hip pain from carrying and giving birth to twins. So I heard this stuff was great but I wanted it in pill form. Usually long periods of time on my feet or exercise will trigger pain. And it's not light pain, it's either a sharp stabbing pain that has the ability to throw me off my balance or dull, constant throbbing pain all day. I have not had pain ONCE since the day I started taking this. I have also noticed that my sleep is much better. I sleep so damn good, I don't even know what year it is when I wake up! Haven't seen changes in my skin but it's only actually been two weeks. Collagen production is actually a very complicated process so I expect that rebuilding my skin will take bit longer. I have severe arthritis pain in both knees. I have tried everything for pain that is OTC. I can't take shots in the knees because my blood sugar goes way high and it also doesn't work. I decided to try gelatin because I hear the amino acids are good for joints. I took as directed, two pills in the morning and two in the evening. The next day, I was amazed! That biting, angry pain I usually have was gone. Truly a miracle.The next, I take as usual but now I'm experiencing some side effects. Bloating, like my pants don't fit; weight gain; upset stomach; and a weird pressure in the middle of my chest. I was so disappointed. I decided to just start with one a day but still, I get the symptoms. I wish there was some way of taking this without the side effects because this was really working for me but I can't take this awful bloating feeling.

I'd read an article on gelatin, and was intrigued by the benefits. In my late 30's.. in decent shape.. but my knees kill me, my hair and nails are always breaking, and could use the skin benefits. So I bought a bottle of this and gave it a shot. After 3 days my knees did not hurt nearly so much. The pain is not totally gone, but it is very much diminished. Cant say if it helps for skin but my hair and nails do seem to be growing faster. Also my gray hairs are turning back to their original dark blonde at the roots..and the only thing i've done differently in the last month is take this gelatin. Can't complain about that, so I just got a second bottle, and will continue taking this.

I tried these Beef Gelatin capsules with the hope it woul help my nails. It did! My nails grew strong and harder to break. Even though I don't paint my nails, my brother asked if they were real or fake. When I told him they were real he said "Amazing".So, they do work for nails. You have to take 4 capsules a day. I used this product after losing too much weight due to medication I was taking for Lumbar disk disorder L4 L5. I have gained muscle in my arms. No butt improvement. However, it would help a lot if exercise was included to regain muscle and a little fat. The pills are big so tak them one at a time with water or food. It really has helped my bone intensity and joints. it is not viagra but my man of 10 years has noticed a bit of improvement in our sex life. A bit more flexibility.
