The Stranger: Animorphs, Book 7

OK, so.... a scholastic based series that has 54+ books in it, each ~150pp. sounds boring, right? Not. My 10 year old son turned me on to these books and I must say, they are very enjoyable. They are not high brow, nor terrible. They are not excessively complex and intriguing (like Harry Potter) but they are not disappointing and inconsistent (like the Alchemist series). They do have a lot of grammatical errors (like the Maze Runner series) but somehow, it works (unlike the Maze Runner series). Overall, I recommend for kids who like series, science fiction, magic powers and saving the earth.

My 10 year old has been flying through the series. He is actually asking for my reading time every night!

Might think about this. Its a really good series but way over priced for the size of the book but once you get started couldn't stop
