Stone patio was still marked after power washing. It's probably 7 yrs old or so but I do wash every year but this time I thought I'd try a specialist product so checked inbdependent review sites and bought one bottle of this. Yes, it's caustic and you need to be careful with plants, pets and yourself but...... IT REALLY WORKED. I tried it on 1-2 slabs first and within an hr they were thoroughly clean so this morning I tried it on whole thing and results were same - wish I'd taken a before photo to prove it. I wouldn't want to use it every year and the claim of 40 sq m coverage is probably a bit asmbitious. It might do 40 if you can cover the whole area then brush it all in/across but for most of us not wanting then to stand on/in the fairly harsh chemicals I'm not sure how you'd do it. I did perhaps 5 sq m at a time reaching to spread liquid around but had to husband the stuff to be sure I had enough for my 30 sq m - I did just. HOSWEVER, that's a v minor moan and I'm very pleased.

This product does the job but I find that you should jetwash before the product dries.

As you can see from my rather embarrassing patio how this product transformed it. I didn't dilute as my previous cleaning solution said to and did not work. I tipped a little out neat and using a stiff broom worked it into the slab, left it for around 30 minutes and poured water from watering can, the dirt just ran away. I haven't finished yet but wanted people to know that it does work.. Great service and great product
