Decent water activated liners
So these liners are decent but definitely not the best quality. They are bright and colourful and you can mix to create a custom shade or colour.❗️Please be aware that they do stain the skin.If you want to make them work well:• Use a water and glycerin mixture as it won’t dry out and flake as much when it dries.• Apply a thin layer, if it’s too thick it will just start to flake off.
