The 10 psi regulator needs to be upgraded
The boiler comes with a 10 psi regulator, it took over an hour to get hot and it never came to a rolling boil. I changed the regulator to a 30 psi and it worked much better. The people at Creole Feast need to upgrade the regulator, for $800 it should come with the proper regulator
